Esstential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key clients
  • Act as a liaison between the client and BOC Sciences to meet customer service requirements by building excellent personal relationships with potential and actual clients
  • Manage team relationships and utilize technical support to assist in our research team and sales department
  • Follow up on quotes for the assigned customer base in a timely manner
  • Achieve sales goals through conversion and customer penetration
  • Maintain knowledge of BOC Sciences’ services, participate in training and mentoring
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the management of the company

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Years of experience in business development, sales or account management
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as customer quotes/contracts, marketing materials
  • Flexibility and maturity to speak effectively in front of customer groups or employees of the organization
  • Ability to solve practical customer problems and interpret a variety of instructions, data and details provided in written, verbal, graphical or schedule form
  • Ability to remain calm in the face of increasing pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate open upward and downward communication based on mutual respect
